- All bagging machines are housed in reinforced 20ft container, certified and Lloyds registered, for easy mobility and shipment
- All equipment undergo a rigorous series of inspection and no equipment shall be dispatched until all test have been completed.
- Safety markings and labels are easily identifiable, properly placed, and easily understood
- Designed with safety platforms, barrier guards and pathways for easier maintenance
- High risk safety areas and components are marked with easily identified warning signs
- Bagging machines are completely lockable to avoid unauthorized access
- Weighing bins are designed with easily accessible guard gates for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Equipped with automatic bag clamps designed to release cargo only when a bag is placed
- Stitching lines are equipped with a sensor designed to only start when a bag has been detected. Special guards are added to ensure that no body part will come in contact with the machine.
- Motor and gear boxes as well as nip and shear points are equippped with safety covers
- All machines are equipped with an emergency stop device.
- Hoppers are equipped with auto start-stop sensor designed to detect under and over flow of cargo.
- Special flooring with perforated grids to prevent any spilled cargo from piling up inside the bagging machine.
- Equipped with high capacity load levelling jacks to elevate, stabilize, and add ground clearance.
